- Information we collect
1.1 Account information
When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your name, email address, and a unique Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
1.2 Content you upload and create
Files you upload — videos, audio, images, subtitle files, voice samples and voice models.
Text you enter or generate — scripts, subtitles, translations and recap text.
Results — files and text created by our tools (for example voice-overs, subtitles and exported videos).
1.3 Usage and billing information
Which tools you use, when, how long a job ran, whether it succeeded, and how many credits were used.
Your plan, credit balance, and payment requests (selected payment method, amount, transaction reference, and any payment proof you provide).
If you take part in our referral or reseller programs: referral codes, earnings, wallet transactions and the channel or contact details you give in an application.
1.4 Technical information
Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs, used for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
1.5 Cookies and local storage
Session cookie — keeps you signed in. It is signed and necessary for the website to work.
Referral cookie — remembers a referral code if you arrived through a referral link.
Preference storage — your browser may store display preferences (for example theme) and, if you choose to use your own Gemini API key, that key. Your own API key stays in your browser only; our servers do not store it.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.
- How we use your information
To provide the website and run the tools you request.
To sign you in and keep your account secure.
To calculate, charge and record credits, and to process payments and plan activation.
To show you your results and usage history.
To prevent fraud, abuse and misuse, and to enforce our Terms of Service.
To provide support and respond to your messages.
To maintain and improve the website and fix problems.
To comply with legal obligations.
- How your content is processed
To run AI tools, your files and text are sent to the service providers below. They process the content only to perform the requested task.
Cloudflare — website hosting, database and file storage.
RunPod — GPU and CPU servers that run audio and video processing (for example speech recognition, voice, noise removal and video rendering).
Google (Sign-In and Gemini API) — sign-in, and AI text processing such as translation and recap writing. Text sent to Gemini is handled under Google's terms.
Microsoft — text-to-speech voices, when you choose a natural voice.
We do not use your content to train our own AI models.
- Retention — how long we keep data
Uploaded and temporary files are deleted automatically, normally within about 24 hours.
Saved results ("My results") are kept for a limited period (by default about 7 days) so you can download them again, then deleted.
Voice models and voice presets provided by the website owner are kept for as long as they are offered.
Account, billing and usage records are kept for as long as your account exists and as long as needed for accounting, security and legal reasons.
You may ask us to delete your account and data at any time (see section 8).
- Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
with the service providers listed in section 3, to operate the website;
when required by law, legal process or a valid request from public authorities;
to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the website or the public;
with a successor, if the website is transferred to another owner (we will inform you of material changes).
- Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), signed session cookies, access controls, signed and time-limited file links, rate limiting and automatic deletion of temporary files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your own account and device.
- Children
The website is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
- Your rights and choices
You may, subject to applicable law:
ask to access the personal information we hold about you;
ask us to correct inaccurate information;
ask us to delete your account and associated data;
delete your saved results yourself in "My results";
clear cookies and local storage in your browser (you will be signed out).
To make a request, email kopaingm59@gmail.com from the email address of your account. We may need to verify your identity first.
- International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. By using the website you understand that your information may be transferred and processed there, with the protections described in this policy.
- Third-party links
The website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
- Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for important changes, show a notice on the website. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
