- The service
AI Studio Myanmar provides online tools for video editing, subtitles, translation, text-to-speech, voice cloning, noise and vocal removal, recap writing and AI music. Tools use artificial intelligence and third-party services. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
- Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms).
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping it secure.
Give accurate information. One person may not create multiple accounts to abuse free credits or offers.
You may not share, sell or transfer your account unless we allow it in writing.
- Credits, plans and payments
Tools are used with credits, obtained through plans or packages shown on the website.
Prices, credits, plan length and the rules for using credits are shown on the website and may change. Changes do not affect credits you have already received.
Credits are charged when a job finishes successfully. Failed jobs are not charged. The amount depends on the tool and, for server-processed tools, on the processing time plus a service fee.
Payments are made by the payment methods listed on the website and are activated after we confirm them. Give correct payment details and references. Incorrect or fraudulent payments may be cancelled.
Credits and plans are for your personal use, have no cash value, and expire according to the plan.

- Your content and your rights
You own your content. You keep your rights in what you upload and create.
You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, convert and display your content only to operate the website and provide the tools you request.
You confirm that you own your content or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it, including the rights of any person whose voice, face or work appears in it.
Uploaded and temporary files are deleted automatically after a short time. We do not guarantee storage. Download your results promptly and keep your own backups.
- Acceptable use
You agree not to:
break the law or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
upload or create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that harms children;
use voice cloning, AI voices, AI cover music or editing tools to impersonate a real person without their consent, to deceive, defraud or defame, or to create misleading or deceptive "deepfake" content;
use another person's voice, singing voice, music or video without the right to do so;
upload videos or audio from other websites or services unless you own them or have permission, and in line with that service's terms;
use the website for spam, malware, hacking, scraping, or to interfere with its operation or security;
try to bypass limits, credits, billing or security, or abuse free offers, referral or reseller programs;
resell or provide access to the tools to others except through programs we offer for that purpose;
copy, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or models of the website, except where the law or an open-source licence expressly permits it.
- Voice cloning and AI music — special rules
Only clone or convert a voice if it is your own voice or you have clear permission from the person.
Voice models offered on the website are used under the rights held by the website owner. You must not upload voice models you are not allowed to use.
You are solely responsible for how you use and publish the results.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
- AI-generated output
AI output (subtitles, translations, recap text, voices, music, edits) may contain mistakes, omissions or unexpected results, and may be similar to output produced for other users. You are responsible for checking the output before using or publishing it. Output is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
- Referral and reseller programs
Referral rewards and reseller terms are described on the website and may be changed or ended at any time.
Rewards may be withheld or reversed if we detect fraud, self-referral, fake accounts, chargebacks or any breach of these Terms.
Resellers must describe the service honestly and may not make false promises.
- Availability
We try to keep the website available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, third-party outages or reasons beyond our control. Tool speed and capacity can vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if required by law. You may stop using the website and request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue.
- Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, logos and software (excluding your content and third-party open-source components) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Open-source components are used under their own licences — see Open Source Attributions & Credits. Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of our brand or software.
- Copyright and abuse reports
If you believe content on the website infringes your rights, email kopaingm59@gmail.com with: your contact details, a description of the work, where the content appears, and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We may remove content and act against repeat infringers.
- Disclaimer of warranties
The website and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that results will meet your needs or be error-free. To the extent the law does not allow some of these exclusions, they apply only as far as permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our owners, team members and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the website, even if we were told such damage was possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused the claim (or, if you paid nothing, to a nominal amount). We are not responsible for the actions of third-party services, or for content created, uploaded or published by users.
- Indemnity
You agree to defend and compensate us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the website, or your breach of these Terms or of another person's rights.
- Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for important changes, show a notice on the website. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new Terms.
- Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Republic of the Union of Myanmar — confirm with a local lawyer]. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute in good faith. If that does not work, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of [city / jurisdiction].
- General
If a part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
